Today I am going on a boat trip, one day a cruise on the Baltic Sea. It is gonna be very fun, sure take a lot of pictures and enjoy my time there. Looking forward to it.

    Yesterday I took the my mesures.  It has been now 5 weeks I`ve been follong the Ketosis Diet. The mesures were still quite the same to las week. Ok some 300 g less, 70,4 kg, anyway a little progress. So here it was: the ball - 97 cm, the waist 65 cm and the arms 30cm. Pretty satisfying, Though I am looking forward so much to being under 70 kg. I will do my best to break the limit till the weekend.

 

This week I am eating mostly soups, and trying to cut down the cheeses and nuts.

Tomorrow, going on the bout trip with a friend of mine, looking forward to making myself beutiful and taking some photoes. You will see them later.
